Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all vehicle rentals by Clipers Rental.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to all rental agreements between Clipers Rental and the customer.

Any deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

A rental agreement is concluded once Clipers Rental confirms your booking (by email or in writing).

The renter must provide accurate contact and identification details.

The vehicle must be picked up and returned at the agreed times. Additional charges may apply if exceeded.

The vehicle may only be used in accordance with the agreement and applicable traffic laws.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excluded).

Fuel policy and mileage limits are as stated in the booking.

Payment must be made as specified in the booking (e.g. upon pickup or as agreed).

A deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle.

Additional costs (e.g. extra mileage, fuel, damage) may be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation and modification conditions are as communicated during booking or in the confirmation.

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify your booking.

Clipers Rental reserves the right to charge cancellation fees depending on timing.

The vehicle is insured as required by law.

The renter is liable for damage caused by improper use, negligence or breach of contract.

Details about coverage and deductible are provided upon pickup.

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
